Pool Rules & Reservations

Rules

Absolutely no glass bottles, food, pets, ac powered equipment of any kind, or hard balls are permitted in the pool area.
All swimmers MUST wear proper swim attire. Lint and fabric from street clothing clogs the pool filter, which can increase filter maintenance.
 If serving food and drinks, set up, serve and consume in the picnic area directly adjacent to the pool.
No picnic tables in pool area.
It is your responsibility to put out the pool trash container on the next trash day if you use it and return it to the storage area after trash pickup.
Reserving the pool does not in any way give you exclusive use of the pool for the day. All residents can use the pool at their pleasure.
Except for loading and unloading, your guests must park in the overflow parking areas. Guests and residents are not permitted to park on the street or grass.
Remind your guest to be respectful of the other residents. This includes keeping noise under control.
 Failure to abide by the pool rules can result in the board rejecting future pool reservation requests and/or residents being fined for damages/repairs.
